 * caf derped this in post_boot script and set it to one
   level lower than what we actually support, hence lowering
   peak performance of ddr bus

 * its a dummy as our thermal config (thermal-engine.conf) is empty
   and besides we now use msm-simple-thermal in kernel

* This lets us override files in /vendor without
  relying on bind mounts ^.^

 * now that we use kernelspace cpu boosting, lets not block
   the lower freq for a tiny gain in power savings

This reverts commit 445cec3b.

 * sched_boost no longer exists as we disabled WALT

 * we use higher efficient freqs now, so adjust hispeed
   freq of big and prime cluster accordingly

 * we now use efficient freqs in kernel so this is no longer required
 * also drop useless zram compressor write as it defaults to lz4

 * Keeps crashing and restarting randomly in background moreover
   useless for us since we don't use oppo's face hal anyway.

 * these are the ones that stock uses and have oppo vendor edits

 * this service runs from vendor in non-stock roms and enables gsi
   mode in order to pass cts/vts, but also has the side effect of
   breaking aux cams and more

 * since we are not running any cts or vts tests, disable these
   services to retain stock behavior of camera hal and other stuff

 * retain oppo_version and product mounts while we're at it

 * stock perf hal behaves weirdly and locks up little and big cluster
   freqs to max randomly, prevent this by disabling all msm_perf
   boosts after boot and block access to the node

 * largely inspired from coral and xiaomi/sm6150 perf tuning

 * stripped off unnecessary stuff and power profiles
 * moved to system/bin/hw and bind mount the vendor one
 * enabled dt2w support and interaction boost

* based on oneplus sm8150 and rc has been stripped down of graphic group
* scale brightness from 255 to max (4095)
* override and bind mount oem's light hal to /dev/null
