Translated to Russian, fixed icon name, clearify action names

ashark requested to merge ashark/kde-meld-menu:master into master

I have added a text that says that it is marking a file, then comparing to marked. This will simplify understanding of these actions.

I added Russian translations.

I changed icon name to org.gnome.Meld as it is in my system (Arch Linux). However, for me that icon for submenu still does not work. Instead, the icon set for the first Action (setArg1) is used. This may be a Dolphin issue (Dolphin 21.04.2) or maybe this desktop file is written incorrectly.
