eve_oe

The seventh version (and probably the final version written in Ruby) of the Eve IRC Bot. The eveSeven project aims to be the most advanced IRC bot ever released under the eveIRC, skyeNET, or Skylette bot lines - combining the key features that made each of these lines unique into one Ruby-coded project aptly code-named; Over Engineered
